ONLINE Virtual, real-time courses

Course Structure: The course consists of 60 study hours, divided into 20 lessons and 10 optional virtual conversation sessions, with 40 compulsory study hours.
Access Duration: The student is granted 10 weeks of access to video courses in each purchased course, with specific start and end dates.
Platform: ONLINE SWEDISH has the right to change the course delivery platform at any time.
Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, with options for individual or bundled courses.
Refund Policy: ONLINE SWEDISH real-time courses have a 14-day full refund period: In order to receive a refund, you must reach out to support[at]onlineswedish.org within 14 days of your initial purchase of the course. ※Replace [at] with @ when emailing support address. Any refunds requested after 14 days of purchasing will be denied.
Refund of discounted, package courses and special offers: A full refund can not be given if the threshold period of discount has passed. The amount of the discount on the original price will be subtracted from the refund. A bundle, package course is to be considered as one product. A partial refund can not be requested for package courses.
Intellectual Property: All video lessons are the intellectual property of the provider and cannot be reproduced or shared without permission.
Certification Requirement: To earn a certificate, the customer must attend 10 conversation sessions per course and complete the necessary coursework.
