Please fill in the necessary information.
Requirements for a certificate of participation/completion
The certificate of “participation” or “completion ” certifies that the candidate/student has taken part and completed a course.
To get a certificate of “completion“, also called “participation“, you need to complete a course by participating online, which can be in real-time or as a video course. Along with that, you need to have participated in 10 conversation sessions for each course. If you want to have a certificate for A1 level, you must take part in 10 conversation sessions, and if you want to have a certificate for A2 level course, then in total, you must have attended 20 conversation sessions and so on.
Requirements for a certificate of knowledge
To get a certificate that certifies your Swedish language knowledge according to CEFR levels, you must reach a minimum B1 level. CEFR B1 level is equal to SFI D level in Sweden and YKI 3 level in Finland.
If we assume that you have no prior Swedish knowledge and you learn Swedish with ONLINE SWEDISH, then you need the following courses:
- Swedish A1 course
- Swedish A2 course
- Swedish B1 course
- Swedish: Writing and Speaking course
In addition to four courses, you must attend 10 conversation sessions for each course, for a total of 40 sessions.
What is included in our certificate?
The certificate mentions your name, birthdate, and completed level; priority goes to the top in the hierarchy of CEFR levels. If you have taken several courses and reached for example the C1 level, then you get a certificate of C1 level.
If you need your certificate for your job or any other authority that requires documentation, you will also receive specifications of which courses you have completed, how many hours you have studied, and your examination results.
The certificates also include a serial number that can be verified online.
