What is Med3Comp?
Med3Comp helps specialist doctors educated outside the EU/EES validate their qualifications by offering:
Six months of practical service (praktisk tjänstgöring) in a clinical setting within Region Dalarna
Language support to strengthen your medical Swedish (if needed)
Integration support including civic orientation and help with practical matters (work permits, housing, schools)
A chance to contribute to healthcare in a region known for its high quality of life, rich culture, and beautiful nature
Who should attend?
Specialist physicians educated outside the EU/EES
Those who have received a decision from Socialstyrelsen requiring practical service
Those with at least Swedish B2 language proficiency
